This website is deliberately kept simple: no ad networks, no embedded videos, no fonts from third-party servers, no cookies.

Server log files
When you visit the site, our host ALL-INKL (Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany) processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, time, requested file and browser type. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Audience measurement with Matomo
We use Matomo, open-source analytics software that we run on our own server. No data is transferred to third parties.
- No cookies are set.
- IP addresses are shortened by two bytes before storage.
- Referring addresses and user identifiers are anonymised.
- The browser’s “Do Not Track” setting is respected.
Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. No consent is required because no information is stored on or read from your device.
Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). For WhatsApp the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. applies in addition; the link on this site only transfers data there once you click it.
Contact form
The form on the contact page transmits your name, e-mail address, the selected subject and your text to our own server and from there by e-mail to lenawildhagen@gmail.com. No third-party services are embedded, no cookies are set and no data is passed on to other providers.
To protect against automated misuse we store for at most one hour how often a connection has submitted the form. The IP address is not stored in plain text for this, only as a non-reversible hash; the entry is deleted afterwards. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Your message stays in the mailbox as long as it is needed to handle it and is deleted afterwards unless statutory retention periods apply. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. You can always write to us directly instead.
Links to Etsy
Sales run through Etsy. Only when you click a product link are you redirected to Etsy — from that moment on the privacy policy of Etsy Ireland UC applies. No data is transferred there beforehand. The same applies to the links to Instagram and Facebook.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Complaints can be lodged with the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
