Purchase & shipping
This website is a shop window, not a shop. Orders, payment and shipping all run through the Etsy shop NatureRoadshop. Here is what that means for you.
How an order works
- On a product page, click “Order on Etsy” — the shop opens in a new tab.
- Choose quantity and mix there and add the item to your basket.
- Before checkout, Etsy shows the total price, shipping cost, delivery time and right of withdrawal.
- The contract is concluded on Etsy. Your contractual partner is Lena Wildhagen.
Prices
All prices on this website are final prices including VAT and exclude shipping. Under the German small business rule (§ 19 UStG) VAT is not shown separately. The price displayed in the Etsy shop at the time of your order always takes precedence, so prices may change.
Payment
Payment is handled by Etsy. The available payment methods — card, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA direct debit and others — are shown during checkout. No payment data is collected, stored or processed on this website.
Shipping and delivery
Everything ships from Germany, usually within a few working days of payment. Processing time, shipping cost and the list of destination countries are shown for each item on Etsy. Seed bombs are fragile, so they travel well padded — plastic-free wherever possible.
Withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. The full wording is on the right of withdrawal page. Returns and exchanges are accepted and handled through Etsy.
Larger quantities and special requests
For weddings, company events, schools or clubs there are batches of a hundred balls and more, with your own tag if you like. Please use the contact form or write to lenawildhagen@gmail.com.
A note on the seed
Seed bombs are a natural product. Germination and flowering depend on location, weather and care, so no specific germination rate or flowering result can be guaranteed. Species lists reflect the seed producer’s information; the exact composition can vary slightly from batch to batch.
