The balls measure around one and a half centimetres and are filled with selected seed. You choose the variety at checkout; the wildflower balls are grey, the colourful ones ochre, the sunflower balls brown. The jute bag carries a tag with picture-and-text instructions.
Sow from late March to late May: place, roll or throw the ball onto open soil, water, wait. The mixes combine early and late bloomers. A small gift for Easter, a birthday or in between — or for greening the corner behind the garage yourself.

How it works
