Every ball carries the wildflower meadow mix with around forty species — yarrow, ox-eye daisy, chicory, meadow sage, corn poppy and many more. The balls are grey, hand-rolled, about two centimetres across.
Full sun to part shade, sow in spring, then keep moist. The mix is perennial by design: many species return in the second year. A good gift for colleagues, neighbours or anyone with a corner of garden where something is allowed to happen.

How it works
Place or throw onto loose soil, water in, keep moist. Do not bury. The first seedlings show after a few days, the first flowers after four to twelve weeks. More on the home page.
